Jexxa offers offline on-device dictation for Mac with no uploads

Jexxa provides Mac dictation via local on-device inference, with the model stored on disk. The company states no audio or transcript leaves the Mac, and the tool works without Wi-Fi. It requires macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon and ships as 3.1 GB and 2.0 GB variants for 16 GB and 8 GB systems.
