Fugitive Developer Nassif Testifies to ICAC From Beirut

Former Toplace head Jean Nassif, 58, testified to NSW's anti-corruption commission, the ICAC, on 15 September 2026 by video from Beirut, his second day of evidence. He fled Australia for Lebanon in 2022 and is still wanted under an international arrest warrant. Giving evidence from outside its reach affects how the commission judges his testimony.
