Former Toplace property boss Jean Nassif, 58, answered questions for New South Wales anti-corruption investigators on 15 September 2026 by video from Beirut, his second day giving evidence. He fled Australia for Lebanon in 2022 and is still wanted for arrest internationally. Because he is beyond reach, it is harder to judge if he is telling the truth.
