Congo's Ebola Outbreak Peaks as Daily Cases Drop

Democratic Republic of the Congo officials say its Ebola outbreak has peaked, the first slowdown since May when the epidemic was declared. Health Minister Samuel Roger Kamba said daily cases dropped from about 120 to about 80, while 10 of 62 health zones — local monitoring areas — have seen no new cases for over 22 days.
