Congo Says Ebola Cases Are Finally Falling

Democratic Republic of the Congo says its Ebola outbreak — a deadly illness — has crested like a wave and is slowing for the first time since May. Health Minister Samuel Roger Kamba said daily cases fell from about 120 to about 80, with 10 of 62 local health areas reporting no new cases for more than 22 days.
