No Steam Deck 2 Until a Faster, Still-Efficient Chip Arrives

Valve will hold Steam Deck 2 until it has a chip, the main processor, that is clearly faster without using much more power or shortening battery life, designer Pierre-Loup Griffais told IGN. The company is still deciding how and when to release the handheld, with no date set. Chip shortages have not changed that plan.
