Opportunity Party tops 5% as poll leaves Parliament tied

The Opportunity Party has passed 5% for the first time in The Post/Freshwater Strategy poll on 4-11 September. The Post says that would give it seven seats. That would leave a hung Parliament, with no clear winner, as the governing parties and the opposition would be tied on 60 seats each.
