Opportunity Party passes 5% as poll shows tie

The Opportunity Party has passed 5% for the first time in The Post/Freshwater Strategy poll on 4-11 September. The Post says that means seven seats. No group would have enough seats to govern alone, with the governing parties and the opposition each on 60 seats.
