EPA to Repeal Biden Power-Plant Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency is finalizing a repeal of Biden-era limits on greenhouse gases, heat-trapping pollution, from U.S. power plants. Those rules would cut 1 billion metric tons of emissions by 2047. The EPA cites $310 billion in savings, arguing U.S. plant emissions, with global climate effects, fall outside the Clean Air Act.
