EPA to End Biden Power Plant Pollution Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency is canceling Biden-era limits on pollution from U.S. power plants that traps heat like a blanket. The limits were expected to stop 1 billion metric tons of pollution by 2047. The EPA says this saves $310 billion, arguing the clean-air law does not apply because effects are global.
