X and xAI Drop Apple, Keep OpenAI Case

X Corp and xAI asked a Texas federal court on Sept. 14, 2026, to drop Apple from their antitrust lawsuit. The suit had accused Apple of holding back the Grok chatbot in its App Store and favoring ChatGPT inside Apple Intelligence, its built-in AI features. The case against OpenAI continues.
