EPA Expected Sept. 14 to Repeal Biden Power-Plant Carbon Limits

The EPA is expected as soon as Monday, Sept. 14, to formally repeal Biden-era carbon limits for coal- and gas-fired power plants. Bloomberg, citing unnamed sources, reported the timing. The New York Times reported Administrator Lee Zeldin will announce it in Houston on the sidelines of the G20 energy ministers' meeting.
