EPA Expected to Drop Pollution Limits for Coal and Gas Plants

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is expected as soon as Monday, Sept. 14, to formally cancel Biden-era limits on climate pollution from coal and gas power plants. Bloomberg, citing unnamed sources, reported the timing. The New York Times reported leader Lee Zeldin will announce it in Houston at a side event during the G20 meeting of energy officials.
