
Supreme Court Upholds Trump Administration's Termination of Protected Status for Haitians and Syrians
The Supreme Court ruled the Trump administration can end Temporary Protected Status for over 350,000 Haitians and roughly 6,100 Syrians. Secretary Noem's termination notice in November 2025 set the end date for February 3, 2026. Lower courts had blocked the termination pending appeal.
