Reform Deputy Won't Explain £72m Donors' UK Residency

Reform UK deputy leader Richard Tice would not say when donor Ben Delo moved back to Britain, or how much time donor Christopher Harborne spends there. Each gave £36m. Speaking on Radio 4's Today, Tice said Delo returned 'many, many months ago.' Sir Philip Rycroft says returnees must live in Britain a full year to qualify as UK donors.
