Reform Deputy Won't Detail Residency of £72m Donors

Reform UK deputy leader Richard Tice declined to say when Ben Delo returned to the UK or how much time Christopher Harborne spends in Britain. Both gave £36m. On Radio 4's Today programme, Tice said Delo returned 'many, many months ago.' Sir Philip Rycroft says returnees must live in Britain a full year to count as domestic donors.
