Thorne seeks fraud law for undisclosed AI scriptwriting

Jack Thorne, co-writer of Netflix drama Adolescence and president of the Writers' Guild of Great Britain, used a London speech to demand a law against secret AI scriptwriting. Submitting AI-generated scripts as human work without disclosure, he said, should count as fraud, allowing companies to bring prosecutions.
