TV writer wants law against hiding computer-written scripts

Jack Thorne, who co-wrote the Netflix show Adolescence and leads Britain's writers' union, said in London there should be a law against hiding scriptwriting by AI, computer programs that write text. Passing off machine-written work as your own, he said, should count as fraud, so companies could take offenders to court.
