Trump says U.S. won't slow AI development to lead China

President Donald Trump said Sept. 13 at his Doonbeg golf resort in Ireland that his administration does not need to slow artificial intelligence development. He said warnings AI could act beyond human control were overstated, the U.S. leads China and added “whoever wins AI, wins.” He said “we can put guardrails (safety rules), we can do this and that.”
