Trump drafts $9,000 child payment for stay-at-home families

The Trump administration has drafted a plan to pay married couples with a stay-at-home parent about $9,000 per child each year for child care, NPR reported. The New York Times reported only families under certain income limits would qualify. The proposal is still a draft and has not become a final rule.
