Trump plan would pay some stay-at-home families $9,000 per child

The Trump administration wrote a draft plan to give married couples with a stay-at-home parent about $9,000 per child each year to help cover child care, NPR reported. The New York Times said only families making under set income levels could get it. It is not final yet.
