Perugorría joins Thiago Lacerda in 'Hotel Nacional,' set at Havana's Hotel Nacional de Cuba

Jorge Perugorría, known for the Oscar-nominated 'Strawberry and Chocolate,' has been cast in 'Hotel Nacional' opposite Brazil's Thiago Lacerda ('Seven Women'). Perugorría plays Rubén, a veteran bartender. Diego Corsini writes and directs; Spain's Cinescalas leads production with Cuba's ICAIC supporting. Shooting is targeted for early 2026.
