Fox Buys Roku for $22 Billion, Completing the Streaming Consolidation

Fox agreed to acquire Roku for $160 per share, valuing the streaming platform at $22 billion. The deal, closing mid-2027, gives Fox ownership of the largest independent U.S. streaming operating system, serving 90 million accounts.
