Venice adds Gaza documentary "Naza" to main competition lineup

La Biennale di Venezia added "Naza" to its 83rd competition lineup on 24 August 2026 — the only feature documentary in competition this year. Directed by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor, co-directors of the 2025 Oscar winner "No Other Land," the film claims to reveal "the systems behind Israel's calculated mass killing of Palestinian civilians in Gaza."
