Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey has surpassed Avatar (2009) as the highest-grossing film at BFI IMAX, Britain's biggest cinema screen. The single Waterloo venue sold over 101,000 admissions for £2,683,987 in ticket sales, with 95% occupancy across all showtimes, according to Deadline (18 August 2026).
