Mike Love Cancels Nearly 30 Beach Boys Dates After Performance Criticism

Mike Love cancelled nearly 30 Beach Boys tour dates through 24 September following criticism over low-energy performances, Rolling Stone reported. Al Jardine, backed by the Pet Sounds Band, is now the only Beach Boy on the road. The Oregon State Fair booked Jardine to fill the slot left by Love's cancelled date.
