Vingegaard ruled out for rest of 2026 season with broken collarbone

Jonas Vingegaard will miss the rest of the 2026 season after surgery on a broken collarbone sustained in a stage 15 crash at the Tour de France, his Visma-Lease a Bike team confirmed. The injury ends his challenge for a third Tour title and rules him out of September's World Championships in Montreal. The Dane won the Giro d'Italia in May.
