UK court calls Briton's death a crime; US never charged her dad

A UK coroner ruled 23-year-old Lucy Harrison was unlawfully killed by her father's careless actions with a gun. Texas officials never arrested him, saying they couldn't prove he meant to shoot. Lucy's mother now wants Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband to ask US authorities to reopen the case.
