UK coroner rules Briton unlawfully killed by father; Texas authorities never arrested him

A Cheshire coroner ruled Lucy Harrison, 23, was unlawfully killed, finding her father Kris Harrison's actions amounted to gross negligence manslaughter. A Texas grand jury declined to prosecute him despite his admission he was holding the pistol when it discharged. Authorities said they could not prove intent. Lucy's mother has now urged Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband to press US authorities to reopen the case.
