Ohio Lawmaker Miller Stays on Ballot Despite Abuse Allegations

Rep. Max Miller, R-Ohio, will stay on the November ballot. He faces domestic abuse allegations and calls from several Republican lawmakers to resign, but he has refused to quit. The deadline for his party to put up a replacement candidate has passed. Miller ran unopposed in the May primary. Democrat Brian Poindexter is his November opponent.
