Miller Stays on Ballot Past GOP Withdrawal Deadline Despite Abuse Allegations

Rep. Max Miller, R-Ohio, will remain on the November ballot after refusing to end his reelection bid amid domestic abuse allegations and calls from several Republican lawmakers to resign. The deadline for the Ohio GOP to replace him has passed. Miller ran unopposed in the May primary. Democrat Brian Poindexter is his general election opponent.
