X's New Creator Program Will Only Pay for Original Posts

X launches Original Content Rewards on September 8, replacing its old payment system. The platform will only pay creators for posts they wrote themselves, not copied or re-shared content. If you comment on someone else's work, you must add real value of your own. That means X must decide what counts as original — a harder, more personal judgment than simply counting views.
