Google Shares Its AI Weather Model Freely

Google has made WeatherNext freely available — an AI program that predicts where cyclones will go and how strong they will get, up to 15 days ahead, in under a minute. It learned from about 20 TB of weather data. The research appears in Nature, with help from the National Hurricane Center and UK Met Office.
