All five parties agree: stop-start infrastructure spending must end

All five parties in Parliament agreed at a 6 August debate that New Zealand must stop building infrastructure in fits and starts. Engineering NZ's Dr Richard Templer said the pattern has cost billions in lost productivity and urged parties to support a 30-year plan from the Infrastructure Commission.
