Michigan Senate Race Still Too Close to Call

Michigan's Democratic primary for the U.S. Senate was still too close to call as of August 5. Abdul El-Sayed, a former county health director, was narrowly ahead of Rep. Haley Stevens. Stevens had support from party leaders and pro-Israel groups that spent millions on her behalf. The winner will face Republican Mike Rogers, a former congressman, in November.
