Bending Spoons to Buy Airtable for $1.285 Billion, Far Below Its 2021 Value

Bending Spoons agreed to buy Airtable for $1.285 billion in cash — about 88% less than Airtable was worth at its 2021 peak of over $11 billion. Airtable's yearly revenue grew over 20% from the prior year to roughly $480 million by June 2026. This is Bending Spoons' first purchase since going public in July 2026 at an $18 billion valuation.
