Bending Spoons to Acquire Airtable for $1.285 Billion — 88% Below 2021 Peak Valuation

Bending Spoons has agreed to acquire Airtable for $1.285 billion in cash, down roughly 88% from Airtable's 2021 peak valuation of over $11 billion. Airtable's ARR grew over 20% year-over-year to approximately $480 million as of June 2026. The deal is Bending Spoons' first since its July 2026 IPO at an $18 billion valuation.
