Curium to Buy Lantheus in $8 Billion Deal

Curium agreed to buy Lantheus for up to $8 billion, Reuters reported. Shareholders get $102.50 per share in cash when the deal closes, plus up to $12 more per share if the company hits certain sales goals later. Announced August 3, 2026, the deal is about 14% higher than Curium's first offer of roughly $7 billion in May.
