Iran Says No Talks With the US on August 3

President Trump said US-Iran talks would start August 3. Iran's spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei denied this, saying no meetings are planned. Instead, Iran is talking with Oman about the Strait of Hormuz, a narrow waterway where much of the world's oil passes through.
