Bombing at Moscow Restaurant Kills Three, Injures 21

On August 1, 2026, a bomb went off at the entrance of an Italian restaurant in Moscow after a security guard stopped a woman with explosives from walking inside during a private event. The guard, the woman, and a customer were killed. Twenty-one people were hurt. No one has claimed responsibility, and the reason for the attack remains unknown.
