Court Rules China Can Build New Embassy in London

Two judges rejected a lawsuit from about 100 neighbors of the Tower of London who tried to block China's new embassy. They worried about fire safety, unchecked diplomatic privileges, crushed protests, and targeting of government critics. The court said officials had carefully weighed those concerns. Building can now go ahead.
