
Most of the $150 million for America's 250th birthday went to a Trump-created group
Congress approved $150 million for America's 250th birthday, an event run by the National Park Service. Most of the money went to Freedom 250, a group created by President Trump, instead of America250, the bipartisan commission Congress originally set up for the occasion. Sen.
