Trump's Freedom 250 received most of Congress's $150 million anniversary funding, not the bipartisan commission lawmakers created

Congress appropriated $150 million for America's 250th anniversary through the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, directing it to the National Park Service. Most of that money has gone to Freedom 250, a group created by President Trump, rather than America250, the bipartisan commission Congress originally established for the semiquincentennial. Sen.
