V&A Workers Vote to Strike as Its Storehouse Is Up for a Top Award

Workers at the V&A's new Storehouse voted overwhelmingly to strike over pay, breaks, and living wage status. A separate staff union is also voting on whether to walk out. The two groups could strike at the same time across V&A sites — even as Storehouse is shortlisted for Art Fund Museum of the Year 2026.
