
Google Plans to Spend $205 Billion in 2026 — More Than It Earns
Google told investors in July 2026 it could spend up to $205 billion next year on infrastructure, up from a previous top estimate of $190 billion. Even the low end, $195 billion, tops prior expectations. Google is now spending more money than it brings in. Analysts expected both Google and Amazon to operate at a cash loss in 2026.
