Netflix agreed to remove betting receipt from documentary but left it in the trailer

Netflix privately agreed to remove a Kalshi betting receipt from its upcoming documentary "Instadocs: The Prediction Games," due July 26, 2026, but kept it in the trailer. The receipt shows a May 2025 bet shown in a July 2026 Las Vegas setting, though Kalshi is now banned in Nevada. Kalshi threatened a defamation lawsuit on July 24. Netflix says nothing was faked.
