EU beats UK to better US trade terms with forced-labour ban

The EU passed a law banning goods made with forced labour. Britain has not. That difference means the EU now gets lower trade taxes when selling to the US, BBC economics editor Faisal Islam reported. British firms selling shoes and fabrics face extra charges. William Bain of the British Chambers of Commerce said EU rivals now hold "a competitive advantage."
