Meta Working on a Way to Turn Off Smart Glasses Cameras When Tampered With

Meta is creating a way to automatically turn off the camera in its smart glasses if someone tampers with the device, spokesperson Albert Aydin confirmed. The feature is not yet available, and the company did not say what counts as tampering. The move follows Instagram head Adam Mosseri's plan to remove harassing videos secretly filmed with Ray-Ban Meta glasses.
