U.S. and Russia Disagree on Ukraine in Manila Meeting

On July 23 in Manila, top U.S. and Russian diplomats met 30 minutes on Ukraine. Russia demanded the West stop sending weapons to Ukraine. Meanwhile, Trump supported Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian energy sites and said peace is close. The U.S. offered to help only if a real chance appears. No deal came from the talks.
