Meta Lines Up $13 Billion From Banks to Build a Massive AI Data Center in Texas

Meta is securing about $13 billion from Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan to build a huge AI data center in El Paso, Texas, Bloomberg reported in May 2026. Announced in October 2025, the facility will house powerful computers for AI work.
